Cartridge stall - But no Paper Jam of blockages

Hello, 

Kindly try the below steps....

  1. While the printer is On, open the cartridge access door.
  2. If the cartridges are to the left side of the printer, you may manually pull it towards right.
  3. If the cartridges are to the right and cannot  move, then firstly unplug the power cord from back of the printer.
  4. Now, to the left of the cartridge access area, you'd see 2 gears. You may start rotating either of the gear for about 10 times , which would release the carriage .  Now check for paper pieces on the right side of the printer and remove them.
  5. Once the above is done. Close the cartridge access door. Plug in the power cord to the printer. If printer does not automatically power on, press the ON button to do so.
  6. Now try making a COPY.
