I am trying to print on Shrinky Dink Misty White pages (D700-6A)which are pretty thick. I tried brochure and photo paper type but it keeps getting jammed at the roller in the far back. Any suggestions or is it not possible to print on this thick plastic?

I would guess that this particular Shrinky Dink Media (kind of paper) is not suitable for your printer.
Specifications > Paper Handling indicate that the heaviest supported (gsm weight) card paper is 200 gsm (110 lb index).
Ideally, packages of paper and printable media should provide the weight of the paper on the package in which the paper is sold. When this important information is missing, you must guess whether a particiular media is within the limits for the printer.
If you can find the paper weight information -- perhaps by contacting the manufacturer -- then you can more easily judge whether you can use that media in the printer.
And / Or
Although I cannot verify the information in the following document, I would guess that the Shrinky Dink papers identified as "Printable" might be more suitable (and might be used in your printer).
