None of those links are available on the 5546? I have tried following the instruction from the web site, but again the links suggested are not available? When right clicking on the Printer, I can see Printer Properties, but there is no option to Create Custom Paper Size? If I right click on a blank area, I get the same menu as before. The options are, Open, Open in new window, See what's printing, Set as default printer, Printing preferences, Printer properties, Creat shortcut, Remove device, Troubleshoot & Properties. NONE of these offer a link to Creating Custom Paper Sizes? All I can get is the preset paper sizes but no option to create a User Defined one.
Have I bought a 'faulty printer'?

Do you see "Print server properties" in Devices and Printers?

You need to select a printer in order for that option to appear.

I did. I chose the HP Envy 5540 All-in-one Printer Series which I assume my Envy 5546 is included in. The paperwork that came with the printer refers to Envy 5540 All-in-one Printer Series.! Is it possible that there is a fault with the printer or does the HP Envy 5546 NOT LIKE Windows 10 64bit?

That image on my PC DOES NOT show Printer Server Properties? I am beginning to believe that the Envy Printer I purchased must be at fault. I have NEVER had this problem with any of my previous printers!!!
I look forward to your reply.

Did you view the video in the HP link?
