I have just discovered you have Windows 10
Uptates have changed how you do this?
Try the following:-
FROM BEGINNING
Open Control Panel
Select Devices & Printers
Select your Printer
Select Printer Server Properties
Tick Create New Form
Give Form a Name
Create size of Form
Click OK
Form will now be in list of paper sizes.
PART 2
Open File/Document to print
Click on File (Top Left)
From drop down menu Click on Print
Click on Printer Properties
Select Paper Size from list (your new paper size should be there)
Click Print Box
Hope this works for you. (please let me know)

Yes, I have Windows 10.
I followed all the steps (the same steps I followed before, btw)...and no, the new size Half Letter, and the "old" new size Half Size, for that matter, do not show up in the list of paper choices. As the paper size is within the maximum size the printer can hold (the only reason I've found online that would be why it wouldn't show as available), I'm not sure why it's not showing in the list of sizes. Please see screenshots below.
