My wife printed a tax form, and now the printer continues to print it over and over again with no stop.  I keep cancelling it, but no it continues.  the Printer queue is cleared.  The print spooler has been restarted, as has the laptop, and the printer has been reset time and time, but as soon as i turn it back on, it starts the same job over.  I turned off the wifi on the printer, and that did stop it...but when i turn it back on, it starts all over again.  HELP.

You may need to manually stop print spooler services and then delete the print spooler folder to solve the problem. This article provides excellent information on how to do this. https://www.dell.com/support/article/en-ca/sln153544/clearing-the-print-spooler-in-windows?lang=en

Nope, none of that worked either.  I was even blocked out from accessing the Spooler folder from the registry, and i'm the admin.  What else?

Nevermind.  Root cause analysis was incorrect...my wife didn't provide ALL information to me...she was printing from her PC at work via her work dummy laptop at home via LogMeIn.  Yes, things that would have been nice know before i ran down everything on her personal computer.  The spool got stuck on the dummy laptop, easily cancelled the job and fixed everything.  Ugh.
