Hi
My Envy 6000 makes me angry. For a half year, the printer has made some noises when it started and it seems he is trying to move something inside but it doesn't work. However, after 5 to 10 minutes from the start, the print could get jobs and was always printed, but now it seems the problem is bigger and the printer doesn't print anything.
Have had someone same issues with the Envy 6000? Can I get some issue report from the printer?
Best regards

Hi @Heisenbergius,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Envy 6000 printer. I can offer some general troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the problem.
- Check for Paper Jams: Ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer. Open the printer access door and check for any stuck paper.
- Update Firmware/Drivers: Make sure your printer has the latest firmware and drivers installed. You can usually find these on the HP website.
- Restart the Printer: Power off your printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in. Power it on and see if the issue persists.
- Check for Updates: Ensure that your computer's operating system is up to date, as sometimes compatibility issues can cause printing problems.
- Print a Test Page: Most printers have a self-test or diagnostic page that you can print. Refer to your printer's manual on how to print a test page. This can help identify if the issue is with the printer itself.
- Inspect Ink Cartridges: Ensure that your ink cartridges are properly installed and have enough ink. Replace any empty or low cartridges.
Regarding issue reports, modern printers like the Envy 6000 may have a built-in diagnostic or status page that provides information about the printer's condition. You can usually access this information through the printer's control panel or by printing a specific report. Check your printer's manual for instructions on how to generate such reports.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
