No error messages. The diagnose and fix routine give no fault found message and test print function gets blocked in the queue and does not print even when there is no other print jobs

When your HP Envy 6000 all-in-one printer experiences issues with the print queue blocking new print jobs, even though no error messages are displayed and the diagnostic routine finds no faults, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

Steps to Resolve the Issue:

Restart the Printer and Computer:

  • Turn off your HP Envy 6000 printer and computer.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds, then turn them back on.

Clear the Print Queue:

Windows:

  1. Open the Control Panel.
  2. Click on Devices and Printers.
  3. Right-click your HP Envy 6000 printer and click See what's printing.
  4. In the open window, click Printer and then Cancel All Documents.

MacOS:

  1. Go to System Preferences.
  2. Click Printers & Scanners.
  3. Select your printer from the list, then click Open Print Queue.
  4. Remove all the jobs by selecting them and clicking the X button to cancel.

Check Printer Status:

  • Ensure the printer is not set to Offline and there are no check marks next to Pause Printing.
  • Make sure the printer is selected as the default printer.

Disconnect and Reconnect the Printer:

  • Disconnect the printer from the network or USB.
  • Reconnect the printer following the proper connection setup. Ensure a stable network connection if using wireless.
