Product: HP ENVY 6052e All-in-One Printer

My Envy 6052e has a steady yellow light and won’t allow me to print.  I have tried resetting the printer with no success.  When I go into my HP smart app it gives me the below message.  Is there anyone who can assist me with this issue?
