Envy 6255
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This morning I setup my Envy 6255 and prior to connecting to wifi it said calibration was unsuccessful. I ran it multiple times with the same result, so i went ahead and skipped figuring I'd re-calibrate after connecting it to a device. I first set up the printer using the HP Smart app on my iPhone, then I setup HP Smart on my PC as well. At this point when I run any Tools it prints without errors, however it only prints in Black and White. There's no color anywhere. I tried printing a photo and it only printed the black and white, but printed it as though it anticipated color as well. There are no errors, the color cartridge shows full, and I've also updated the firmware to no avail. Please help!
