HP Envy Photo 7155
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every time I print a document the first page printed has a vertical line on my HP Envy Photo 7155. How do I fix this. I have tried cleaning print heads etc. Nothing seems to work.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Manually clean the area around the ink nozzles

  1. Gather the following materials:

    • A clean, lint-free cloth or a clean, dry cotton swab

    • Distilled or bottled water

         CAUTION:

Do not use tap water because it might contain contaminants that can damage the printhead.

  2. Open the ink cartridge access door.

I have tried everything with this new printer I bought from HP to keep from printing a vertical line on the right side of every new document I print.  I am ready to throw it in the trash and buy a different brand printer. Something is wrong with this Envy 7155 printer. I need help.
