My Envy 7640 printer is connected to wireless. Diagnostic results show a "Pass" across the board. Signal quality is "Excellent." I am not using instant ink cartridges.
When I print, I get a message on the printer display to "connect printer to update HP instant ink status." If it select "OK" (vs. Connect) it will print, but otherwise it will not. At one point I was in the instant ink program but I am no longer signed up for that program. I bought the printer two years ago and gave up on it due to all of the setup issues but am now having to use it. I checked for updates already and did that.
I do not want to see any more messages about the instant ink and I don't want to have to manually select "ok" on the printer every time I want to print something.
Thank you.
