Hi all 

 

I've honestly been having connectivity issues with this printer since I bought it and it's been frustrating the entire time, but when it worked it worked. 

 

I sent a print job to the printer, and every light started blinking. The bar light is an amber color, but FAQ doesn't solve my problem. 

I have tried unplugging, reinserting the ink cartridges, inserting a NEW ink cartrige, and restarting several times. There  is no improvement. 

 

Is there anything I can do, or is this printer dead?
