Hi,
Using my Envy 7830 as normal yesterday. Scanned some stuff and printed some stuff. I then sent a print job and the printer displays the error message in the picture. I have tried the instructions I have found for resetting the printer but the error message appears after the HP dots start up screen every time. I have an instant ink agreement that I can't use. I need to have this printer working or replaced as soon as possible. My last HP printer lasted years (about 10) and this one gives up just over a year old. Help gratefully received.
