Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
This is the second printer and am getting the same issue over and over again. I don’t use the printer often, but have replaced the ink way sooner than anyone should have. The color print won’t work and I’ve wasted countless photo paper in hopes of fixing it. I replaced it 2 months ago bc after researching, it said the ink can go bad. I thought that sounded bogus but bought new anyway. After I put new black & color cartridges in, it printed correctly. Now, 2 months later, the same issue is happening. I’ve cleaned the cartridges and printed out test paper and no color is showing up. I’m SO frustrated and feel as though this printer is series is a lemon!
