I replaced a color cartridge for the first time. It is now showing the E0 code. I have tried all of the information I can find in the HP Help database and on YouTube. When I do a reset on it, it warms up, starts with the purple light and then immediately goes the the E0 code and the flashing amber light where you open it to replace the cartridges. I have also replaced what I thought was a "damaged" color cartridge with another new one, and it's still doing the same thing. Anyone else have any ideas?
