Hi,
I have a blinking "i" light. I pressed it down for 3 seconds and it prints an information page. It tells me my Instant Ink payment method needs updating. I updated it. It also tells me the printer is not connected to a network but wireless is turned on. I have unplugged, plugged back in multiple times. I've taken the ink cartridges out, unplugged and re-plugged back in and reinstalled the cartridges. Still not fixed. I don't know what to do to repair.
Thanks,
Wendy

Hi @WendyMalo
Thank you for performing the recommended steps, I see that it has not helped.
Perform a power reset on the printer.
- Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet - Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Also, update the firmware: Click here
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
