Hello,

I have had my Envy Printer for several years. As of yesterday It will not print Windows documents. It will print other things off the internet etc. No problems are detected on Windows 11 printer app. I download the HP app which also doesn't seem to detect ant problems and says drivers are up to date.

I have also tried this solution.

I used the route suggested(on here) of removing my device from my PC and reinstalling drivers that doesn't work

but having completed the last stage it won't remove the device as it says it currently in use. Which its not. Its plugged in.

I do not use my printer only line through an app. I use it physically coneccted to my PC

Any suggestions?
