When using regular paper I have no issues. When using photo paper I get beautiful prints but there is vertical banding (not too noticeable unless looking on an angle in the light). I am also getting a corner or two smeared with black ink and it curls, as well as hearing a constant noise near the end of printing, which makes me think the photo paper may not be flat enough. But the banding is persistent with each print.

I have tried horizontal and vertical alignment, nozzle head cleaning (printer is brand new though), checking the printer for dirt, trying the paper feeder clean function, etc. Any ideas how to fix this?
