i cannot access all the printer options. Epson stytlus photo 1500w since using windows 10

This is more likely a print driver issue with the Epson printer or a problem with Windows than it is something to do with the brand of computer.  Although we do love our HP devices here at the HP Community, there is nothing preventing you from using what ever brand printer you like.  Windows 10 usually responds in "about the same manner" to most brands of computers.  Microsoft did not write Windows for HP.  Smiling.

If the print software will NOT install no matter what you do, try / consider:

Try installing the Epson print driver (printer software) using Compatability mode for Windows 7. 

General Instructions for Compatibility Mode

Preparation

Completely uninstall the printer software

     Control Panel > icon view > Programs and Features

Restart the computer and log in.

Check Devices and Printers –

     If you see the printer, Right-Click on it and Uninstall / Remove device

Open the Device Manager 

     View > Devices by type

     Expand the Printers section

     If you see the printer, Right-Click on it and Uninstall / Remove

If you remove the device from Devices and Printers or the Device Manager,

      Restart the computer and log in.

Manual method - Compatibility Mode

Download and Save the Epson printer software to your computer

Navigate to your Downloads folder and open the folder so you can view the contents

Right-Click on the downloaded installation file > Properties > Compatibility 

Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for"

Select Windows 7

Click Apply and OK to close the Properties menu

Right-Click on the program and select to Run as Administrator

After the software installs, Restart the computer and log in.
