Erreur 6

Bonjour,

je vous écris en français car cela est plus facile pour moi.  L’imprimante affiche un message d’erreur E6.  Toutes les lumières clignotent.  Nous avons débranché l’imprimante et vérifié s’il y avait du papier de coincé, mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas.  
Que peut-on faire?
