I've been getting the Error 0 code - my color ink cartridge won't work.

I've tried replacing my cartridge with two brand new cartridges (I only use original HP cartridges in my printer).

I tried the steps mentioned on this forum that I found (disconnecting cord, taking cartridges out, etc).

I tried cleaning the contacts of both my printer and color cartridges.

 

Nothing has worked.  What else can be done?  There are things I need to print in color for my business.
