I'm getting error 01B3B8E6 after changing ink cartridges but just had my warranty expired. Will I have to purchase another printer? Help would be appreciated.
I did the following steps
1-Unplug for 60 Seconds
2-Made sure it was plugged into a wall

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name, or simply click on this link.
