Hi I'm having the same problem with an Officejet 7510 can you help at all.

I have tried unplugging from the pack of the printer, from the wall, making sure it is plugged directly into a socket etc.

Driving me bonkers any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @Lianne324,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand that you are facing an Error 0X61011BED on your Officejet 7510 printer.

Please try the steps recommended below:

  • Perform a power reset
  • Press the Power button to turn on the product
  • With the product turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet
  • Wait at least 15 seconds
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet
  • Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product
  • If the product does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on

Update the printer firmware using this link: https://hp.care/2GIGdyg
