Product: HP OfficeJet 8012 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

I have been having a lot of problems with my printer.  Started with the cartridge was jammed when it wasn't. it moves to replace cartridges.

Now iI have an error message on my screen with the number 0X89193761 XM_CM_INTERPRE on it and all the buttons are flashing.  I have seen another user having to do a factory reset. Could you help me out for my OfficeJet 8012 All-In-One? Any ideas would be welcomed please?
