HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M176n

Everything was ok, then suddenly two days ago started the troubles.

If I try to print from Adobe Acrobat, the printed files go to the print queue for 1 second and nothing from there.

If I try to make a test page I get the Error 0x00000077. The system does not support the command requested.
If I try to print from Microsoft Photos I get the Error 0x80070077. Unexpected configuration problem.
I cannot even try to print from Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Indesign because I can't select the printer.

In the beginning the printer was installed as USB printer, but one day suddenly stopped working (very similar to what is happening now) so I've been forced to install it as net printer because if I try to install via USB I get the error shown the picture below, the translation must be something like this:
"Performing an installation operation took too long. This is a fatal error that prevents the use of the product."
Months ago I wrote a message here for this trouble, an HP Employee tried to help me but he was not able to solve it, that has been an annoying thing but not a big problem as long as it worked as net printer.

The printer communicates correctly with the computer (the scanner works too).
The checks made with the HP Print & Scan Doctor software say everything's ok, at the end of the checks with HP Print scan & Doctor software I'm able to correctly print only an "internal test page" , but still not yet a normal test page.

I've done almost everything to fix the problem, including what has been recommended to other people who have had similar troubles:

  • tried to uninstall the latest Windows updates,
  • tried to uninstall the drivers,
  • tried to delete the drivers from the printui window,
  • tried to delete the printer from Devices and Printers in the control panel
  • tried to reinstall the latest full feature drivers downloaded from the site,
  • tried to restore to printer factory-set dafaults
  • checked the latest firmware version,
  • checked all the connections,
  • changed the cables,
  • tried to add the printer in Devices and Printer using HP Smart printing with the IP address but I get the message that the printer has been found but not compatible with the HP Smart Printing driver.

the result is always the same.
Any other suggestions? 😕
