Printer give me back this Error 0x61011bed. I already tried plug/unplug current more time but it doesn't work.
Someone can help me?

My message contains a description and an alphanumeric error code. This is the message:

Printer error

Problem with printer or ink system. Turn the printer off and on again. If the problem persists, contact HP.

I find nothing in the carriage path and I tryied again the reset but it doesn't work

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
