There are numerous posts concerning this error.....I have followed so many of them it is crazy.

 

Despite doing everything under the sun listed...I still have the error.

 

Surely HP cares enough to have a single source of information to solve this,

I've the same problem. 5hours without any perspective. What is goin on HP??!!
I receive the error printhead may missed or damaged. No its inside. and it is surely not damaged. yes I have changed alot of printcartridge too. (they are green marked as good)

Also it isnt possible to update the firmware. something is going wrong...

no chance. no beauty. what does hp in the world and with it.

i'm so angry HP! All the hours, only because you are not men enougth to tell the world: it's not enought to buy overpriced original cartridges, you also have to buy a printhead. All the people they don't know bring it to the dump and buy another I hopefully not an hp device.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.

If you have cleaned the print head and performed everything in this document: Error code '0xC19A0005' Then the printhead needs to be replaced.
