21 errors indicate that a job was too complex for the amount of memory on the machine. This can sometimes be caused if you are using the fax machine extensively and the memory is filled with faxes. Try clearing fax memory and either reduce resolution of what you are trying to print or remove some elements to create a less complex print job.
