I see that you are getting error 27 on your HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w printer.

 

Please follow the steps from this document.
Note: Please follow the steps under "Er/27 or Er/59 displays, the Attention light blinks, and the Imaging Drum light is on" in the above document.
