I have an issue with my printer. After booting the printer it says Error 55,0602. After restart I have the service error 49. I ve done a lot of fixes like the internet told me but nothing ficed the error.
What should I do? I want to upgrade the firmware manuell but i don't find any firmware to boot it manuell with an USB stick to my printer.
My suggestion is thats an firmware problem.

Okay after some research Ive coded some codes to force my printer to downgrade the firmware. I've found some useful RFUs and decided to downgrade one firmware version below. After programming the code in python and transfere the rfu via IP home network to my printer it successfully installed it. After the automatic restard from my printer, the same error occured with 55.0602 / Error 49 Service.
Iam totally wrecked. I don't know what to do.
The Software is not the problem. The firmware is not the problem. What is the problem?
I've restarted the printer over and over and over again but nothing seems to help. Is it a hardware problem inside the printer?
