HP LaserJet Enterprise M806dn Printer

I still have error 59.00.02 still shows on my printer. I have done all the steps given on this support platform but no seem to be working. I did the components test from the troubleshooting menu. which they said the error is related to a feed motor, but all the test on the motors were successful. I could hear and see some of them rotating well. I don't get any other error that the 59.00.02. But there is a cracking noise anytime I turn the printer on. It's like something is not moving or locked somewhere. I have disassembled to the core checking all connectors and components physically. This unit has been down for almost a year now. I want to know if the noise I hear could be the   reason for the error or there is something I need to check properly. waiting for your usual support.

Simply stating you followed all the steps is not useful when someone is trying to assist. Details about what you have tried might reveal a step or or test you missed. That said, this error is related to the duplex motor and if the error persists check for blockage or damage on the duplex unit and if still unresolved, replace the duplexer. You are very right something was missed out from the support information. But all said and done, I tried with the theory of operation on the sequence of operation of the said printer, from all the timing and steps stated in the document everything looks okay, based on the tests I have did on the various components. just after check toner level memory the system now start communication with some optional interfaces where the duplexer comes into play. the cracking noise from the printer seem internal. So, I decided to pull out the duplexer because that is the only way test the unit. the printer started operating normal with its sequential warmup operation. I wouldn't hear any noise again. I started examining the duplex closely, the problem was a stack sensor level, which I relased it and the error disappeared. I did it yesterday. the printer is working now. thanks for feedback.
