I  keep getting the error 59.FO.  I see that there are fixes, but none of the links work for me.  I read that @repairatrooper has one, but I can't see how to contact him.  Susan

Hi @sesandberg,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Error 59.F0 on an HP printer, such as the HP Color LaserJet Pro M452nw, typically indicates a problem with the printer's internal communication system. This error can occur due to various reasons, including issues with the printer's firmware, network connectivity problems, or hardware malfunctions.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the 59.F0 error.

  • Power Cycle the Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. This simple step can sometimes clear temporary errors.
  • Check Network Connection: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to the network if you are using it over a network. Verify the Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection and make sure it's stable.
  • Update Firmware: Visit the official HP website and download the latest firmware for your printer model. Install the firmware update following the instructions provided by HP. Sometimes, firmware updates include fixes for known issues like error 59.F0.
  • Reset the Printer: Perform a cold reset on the printer. This process may vary depending on the specific model of your HP printer. Refer to the printer's user manual or HP's support documentation for instructions on how to perform a cold reset.
  • Check for Hardware Issues: Inspect the printer for any visible signs of hardware malfunctions such as paper jams, damaged components, or loose connections. If you find any issues, address them accordingly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
