PLEASE TELL ME SOMEONE CAN HELP. I switched to a new internet provider. At first I couldn't locate the new router (it uses Eero). I had to turn off/on to see available connections. Added my password and it says I'm connected. I can now print a document from laptop to computer. I have always used Wifi to use the HP printer ap to scan documents to save as PDF to the computer. But now that I have he new router, the scanner is shutting down mid scanning leaving the paper stuck in the feed and the ERROR 79 comes on. I have reset the Eero. I have reset the laptop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the HP printer app. And before I did all that I turn things off and on over and over. I've unplugged the printer completely. I have used the unhelpful chat bot and turn off the IvP6, shut down and turned on again...i've done that twice now. NOTHING IS HELPING. I can not scan some very important documents to PDF and there is a deadline to get this info submitted. NO PERSON TO TALK TO TO ASSIST. And the darn chat bot won't let me ask questions. I have watched videos on the error 79 with no changes. NOTHING HELPS.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
