Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fnw
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

This printer is 2.5 years old. 

Today when attempting to print from MS Word - blue screen on printer and B8047A26

re-booted everything .. then was able to print an e-mail from MS Outlook but when trying to print from Word - blue screen and B8047A26 re-appears

Error B8047A26 does not feature in the HP error look up facility

Any suggestion would be much appreciated
