A blue screen is displayed with the text - B80B1E8A on my printer.

I've tried turning the printer off and back on many times, removing the printer cord from the printer and the wall socket, etc. But no luck. Please help!

Hi @RantiBaba,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

The error code B80B1E8A on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 printer typically indicates a hardware issue. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for a few minutes (at least 60 seconds) to allow the printer to reset completely.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open the printer cover and check for any paper jams or obstructions inside the printer.
  • Carefully remove any jammed paper, if present.

Inspect Ink Cartridges:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and are not empty.
  • Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges to ensure they are seated correctly.

Update Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model on the HP website. If so, download and install the latest firmware update.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • If the issue persists, you can try performing a hard reset on the printer. This will reset the printer to its factory settings.
  • To perform a hard reset, you typically need to press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds until the printer turns off. Then, release the button and turn the printer back on.
