How do I fix the printer error: B8BB2C92
There is a problem with the printer. Turn the printer Off, then On.
HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
I have turned my printer off/on several times. I unplugged the printer from the wall and the printer. I wait for about 5 min and replugged the printer and still got the same error.

Hi @sjohon3035,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
