Not able to get out of blue screen. All lights flashing and reads error B8EB3C0C. Attempted to unplug and wait 5+ min several times with no change. Printer error appears the second the wireless connection takes place.

Hi @TL20251,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Power Reset:
Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer while it is still on. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait for at least 60 seconds. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and then reconnect it to the printer. Turn on the printer and check if the issue persists.
Reset Wireless Settings:
This step involves resetting the network settings to default which may resolve wireless connection issues. Touch the Wireless icon on the printer control panel. Go to Settings > Restore Network Defaults, and then confirm the selection. This will reset the network settings.
Check for Firmware Updates:
Ensure your printer’s firmware is up to date. Go to the HP Customer Support website, and check for your printer’s latest firmware downloads. Follow the instructions to update.
Reconfiguration of Wireless Network:
If the issue occurs when connecting to the wireless, try reconfiguring the wireless settings. Use the HP Smart app on Windows 11 to reestablish the connection to your Wi-Fi network. Open the HP Smart app and follow the on-screen instructions to set up the wireless connection again.
Reinstall Printer Software:
Sometimes the issue might be linked to the printer software on your computer. Uninstall the printer software from your computer. Download and install the latest printer software and drivers from the HP website.
I hope this helps.
