Hi there
I have a HP Envy 6032 printer. All my ink cartridges are received from HP Instant Ink.
I installed a new colour cartridge a couple of months ago. I used the printer without issue after that. I then came back to use my printer the other day and all lights are on (except for the X and down arrow) and the code '0' is displayed.
I have turned the printer off and on again and turned it off at the plug. I have also removed the cartridges and cleaned the contacts on the cartridge and in the printer and reinstalled them. I have also realigned the printer (the printer will happily print off an alignment sheet) too. None of these have resolved the problem.
I have also additionally gone back through set up and checked that all the firmware is up to date (I am told that it is). Again, this has not resolved the problem.
I now have a printer that is useless and won't print for seemingly no reason.
Please help. Thanks
