Product: HP PageWide XL 8000 40-in Printer

Hello all,

 

i have been having problems with this error code for more than 2 years and for some reason there's no clear explanation about what it is and why its causing it.

 

maybe somebody can help me with this if you guys had experience this error code before or knows how to fix it, i have service in my printers but the technicians dont know what is causing the code.

 

please help thank you
