1. Blue screen 01999CE7 then black screen with Printer Error - There is a problem with the printer. Turn the printer off, then on. 

This does not fix the problem, the printer restarts then goes back to Blue Screen message then black screen message.

Even resetting has not resolved the issue.
2. No changes made to the system beforehand.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Thanks so much for you help, but the problem actually resolved itself after it being unplugged for more than 2 days.  I think it reset itself.  Thanks so much for your help anyway!
