I plugged this in the first time and it worked fine, it connected to my wifi. I did not print anything at this time. I wanted to change it's location so I disconnected and replugged in the desired place (same outlet). When it turns on I immediately get the error "Error Code 0X00759C98 HW WATCHDOG C" on the display screen and none of the buttons seem to do anything, besides the power button, which only restarts it and brings up the same message. I have tried multiple combinations of unplugging and restarting the printer. I am not able to move the scroll to access the ink cartridges. Please advise, thank you!

Hi @barefootbritt
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the "0x.." error.
Please try these steps -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
