I'm getting Error Code 0X83C00009 NOS_LOADER_APP and am unable to remove the ink cartridges as when I open the printer the ink carriage does not move (or try to move). I have tried unplugging the printer, replugging it back in, doing it while holding the power button to no avail.  Please help.
