We recently moved our printer to a new spot (in the same room however), and ever since that move the printer has been showing Error Code 0X83C0000A 'NOS_LOADER_APP' when turned on. It doesn't do anything else, no sounds, no menu's or whatever.
I've searched the internet and found Step-by-Step power reboot as a solution, but it requires removing the ink cartridges. I was going to try it, but the ink cartridges appear to be stuck under the plastic slab at the right side of the printer and don't move when I open the printer or when I try to forcibly move them. (The cartridges don't seem to be obstructed by any plastic or anything, you'd say they should be able to move fine.)
I've also seen tips about confusing the printer so much that it loses its way until it's back to normal but I doubt that would do any good.
Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem?

Hi @Liwa
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer.
If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, and if the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
