Hi Team,

 

Getting the Error Code 0XB0322EDE, googled about the error but didnt seem to find any solution to this particular code.

Earlier the code was 0X83C0000A NOS_LOADER_APP,  which is no longer seen. i have tried all the reset options of plugging out and then waiting to no avail. I also tried holding the power button along with the control panel buttons, i do get REFLASH 12345 message after a few tries which then installs reflasah driver on my laptop.

Tried doing a frimware update , but the update is not detecting my printer, if it does then it doesnt execute.

Please help.

As per the document, this could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
