HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

Randomly got the printer error 0XB94DA7E6 when attempting a print job several weeks ago, and would not go away. I attempted a reboot by unplugging the printer, waiting 30 seconds for a reset, and then plugging it back in. The printer will no longer turn on. I have seen a previous post with the same issue and would like the instructions to perform a semi full reset. Thanks!

Hi @C456A123,

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that your HP OfficeJet 4650 All-In-One Printer does not power on.

Please follow the steps listed below to reset the printer:
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn the printer on.

Hi @Rainbow23, this was the first thing I tried before posting on the forum - as I mentioned, the printer will not power on after displaying the posted error message "0XB94DA7E6" on the screen. I have tried these steps multiple times to no success. There is an identical post to mine from 2022 (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/Error-Code-0XB94DA7E6-On-46...) in which the support agent gave the original poster private instructions to perform a semi-full reset on their printer. Are you able to send me these instructions? Thanks.
