When I try to print from Word I get the error code 0x0000bbb - operation could not be completed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem persists so that although I'm told installation is completed, when it attempts to print a test page, the error message comes up saying:
'operation could not be completed (error 0x00000bbb). Unable to create a print job. I am able to print an internal print page.
Please help.

Error on the printer while trying to print. Is that, correct?

SOLVED! Here is what worked for me - my issue started after a WINDOWS 10 update, and no amount of MS support, reinstalling drivers, deleting / adding printers made one bit of difference. Including a full WINDOWS 10 reset - Don't bother! Try this easy fix:
Windows START
cmd.exe - right click to execute as Administrator before hitting ENTER
type
cd\Windows\System32\spool
enter
type
cacls.exe PRINTERS /E /G administrator:C
ENTER
Reboot
Should work. If issues persist, you may want to also execute the above, substitute your user name for "administrator" in this line:
cacls.exe....
WE CAN PRINT AGAIN!!!!!
