Product: HP Office Jet Pro 6968
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the above error code and have tried all the suggestions multiple times from the posts from 2017 and 2019 and remain stuck in the loop with the printer error. Are there any other remedies? This printer is fairly new without significant use.

@LRD1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

A 0x error indicates a hardware issue with the printer.

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays

 

Also, check for any jams inside the printer and check if the print carriage is moving freely. You may refer to the steps from - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
