Just this evening I started receiving 620192F4 error. I have unplugged printer from outlet, unplugged the power cable from the printer. Waited over 15 minutes plugged back in with outlet plug then plugging in the cable to printer. Printer restarted went through the startup process and checking. Everything came back up. Tried printing again and printer prints one double sided document, and then freezes when printing the second page of the double sided document and displays this error. I have done the process multiple times, with the same results. The printer firmware is up-to-date

Hi @JRB210,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
The error indicates a firmware issue.
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
