A day or two ago, my OJ Pro 2025 started showing a Blue Screen with an error code of B336E67. This problem has been showing up on this venue, and all the fixes that I've seen from HP Support is that "there's a secret fix - we cannot show the public, but I'll send you a private message to implement" - this is pretty crazy, my printer is not new, but it's not old either, I've alway used HP ink and the Firmware is up to date, I'm printing from a Mac Pro, the printer is connected via ethernet. I've tried using the HP Smart diagnostic - waste of time, I've also wasted a lot of time with the HP Virtual Assistance.
All of this is affecting my work. If I cannot get this resolved soon, the printer is going into the trash, along with the HP favorability factor. Please assist

I understand you are receiving a "B336E67" error on the printer screen.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
Reset the product
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
To restore the printer to the original factory defaults
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Printer Maintenance.
3. Touch Restore.
4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
