The HP Officejet 4630 e-all-in-one Series has an error code of 0X00000A NOS_LOADER_APP message in window.
The on/off button is flashing with fast blinking light.
Don't think there have been any updates on printer.

Not sure about downloads as we didn't do anything like that. You never know about what Microsoft is doing.
Cannot get the printer to work including taking out the ink cartridges. This was recommended online support plus turning off the printer & plug in after 60 seconds to the wall outlet.
What does this error mean? Just tell me that & can it be fixed!!

Hi @GStreater
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the "0x.." error.
Let's try these steps -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Have a great day!

Computer message tells me the printer is not connected to my computer. Therefore, the printer is not responsive to anything. That includes being able to take out the cartridges. The error message I sent was straight off the display on the printer.
But the error, OX8300000A is showing as error msg., not 0X300000A. Hope this will help.
We have unplugged printer & plugged into a wall socket and tried to take out cartridges, but they are "frozen" whereby I can't.
Please tell me what this error message means. Does this involve an app?
I do have Windows 10.

@GStreater, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I see that your printer is in error state, follow the steps below to resolve the issue-
Reset the printer-
- Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed
Update the printer firmware
HP regularly releases new printer firmware versions with product enhancements or issue fixes. Depending on your printer, apps on the printer control panel might also receive updates. Update firmware and apps on a regular basis to make sure you are getting the most out of your printer. Refer to this link for help.
Additionally, I'd recommend you follow the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays. If the issue persists it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps!
